What we do

A filling valve is a small part with an outsized effect on a line: if the stem is 20 mm short, the bottle does not fill to the shoulder; if the seal is wrong for the product, the line stops for cleaning. Most of our work is getting those two things right for a specific container and a specific liquid.

We keep a standard range — three stainless stem lengths, two PP bodies, one clamp-mount anti-drip head, and clamp ferrules from Φ32 to Φ102 — and quote non-standard lengths, orifice sizes, seal materials and labelling per order.

How we work

Enquiries are answered with a written quotation that names the material, the orifice, the seal and the packing. Nothing is substituted without asking. For first orders we send a sample or measured photos of the actual part before the batch is packed.
