The same wafer knife gate valve with a stainless steel body, for media that would attack painted iron, or where the line itself is stainless.
This is an inquiry basket, not a checkout. You send the list, we confirm price, outlet bore and lead time in writing.
Same casting pattern as the ductile iron version, in stainless. The reason to take this one is the medium: chlorides, dilute acids, food and pharmaceutical duty, or a stainless line where a painted iron body would be the odd part out.
Because the body pattern is shared, DN50 to DN600 and both actuator types carry over unchanged. A stainless valve replaces an iron one on the same bolt holes.
Tell us the medium, the concentration and the temperature and the stainless grade is fixed from that. We do not quote a grade before the duty is known — the wrong one is an expensive mistake on a DN300 body.
| Size range | DN50, DN65, DN80 … DN600 |
|---|---|
| Body material | Stainless steel |
| Body style | Wafer, lugged |
| Gate | Knife gate, rising stem |
| Stem seal | Bolted gland |
| Actuation | Handwheel, lever, or pneumatic cylinder |

Port faces boarded, stem wrapped, actuator braced. Carton for the smaller sizes and a case above DN200. Neutral packing as standard; private label available.
Tube and stem lengths outside the standard range, alternative seal materials and private labelling are quoted per order. Send the drawing or the dimensions you need and we will confirm what is possible before quoting.
Stem length, outlet bore, seal material and labelling are the four things customers change most. Send your requirement and we will quote it.
