All product descriptions, images, and specifications are for reference only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.
Prices are given in the written quotation for each order, normally in USD, and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time; the price on your confirmed quotation governs.
Sending an inquiry or a purchase order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order is only confirmed when you receive our written order confirmation. Specifications, seals and packing confirmed in the quotation and order confirmation govern the transaction.
This Site does not take online payment. Orders are paid by bank transfer (T/T) against the invoice stated in the order confirmation; other terms can be agreed in writing.
Payment must be received as agreed before production or shipment. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Production starts after the specification (and, for first orders, the sample or measured photos) is signed off. Lead time is confirmed in writing on the quotation.
Estimated delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Custom-made products produced to your confirmed specification are not eligible for return unless defective.
If a part does not match the confirmed specification, report it with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or agree a remedy with you. Refunds, where agreed, are processed to the original payment method.
The Site and its content are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
