About this model
The GY-TC505-30 is built for lines that already run sanitary clamp piping. Its inlet is a TC 50.5 ferrule with a Ø22 mm bore and a 42 mm neck, so the head clamps straight onto a standard tri-clamp fitting without an adapter. A 40 × 62 mm block cylinder sits on top, and two 6 mm push-in ports drive the stem down to close at the nozzle tip — that tip closure is what stops the drip between cycles.
The Ø40 × 21 mm knurled ring at the bottom releases the Ø30 mm nozzle, so a single head covers outlet bores from 6 to 18 mm. The three-step neck (Ø24 / Ø26 / Ø24) is sized for a bracket or mounting plate, and the 235 mm overall height leaves room for the nozzle to sit above the container mouth.
