Y-pattern angle seat valve in CF8M or CF8 stainless, DN15 to DN80, PN16, with a pneumatic cylinder head. Threaded, weld-end or tri-clamp connections.
This is an inquiry basket, not a checkout. You send the list, we confirm price, outlet bore and lead time in writing.
The body is Y-pattern: the seat sits at the angle so the flow turns once instead of twice, which is why this valve holds a high flow for its size and why the seat takes less of a beating than an inline globe valve of the same bore.
Three end connections are shown here on the same body pattern — female thread, weld end and tri-clamp. The castings in the photos are DN25 and DN32, and each carries its own size, PN16 and grade on the side; the samples shown are CF8M. The same pattern runs from DN15 to DN80.
Two grades are available and the choice is made on the medium, not on price. CF8 is cast 304: fine for water, steam, air, and most food and beverage duty. CF8M is cast 316 — the molybdenum is what holds up against chlorides, dilute acids, marine air and cleaning agents. If the line carries brine, hypochlorite or a chloride-bearing product, specify CF8M.
The actuator is a pneumatic cylinder in a stainless housing, mounted on a yoke above the stem. Tell us the medium, the line pressure and whether the valve has to fail closed or fail open, and the cylinder is specified from that.

One PE bag per piece, carton outside. Port caps fitted, actuator braced against the carton wall. Neutral packing as standard; private label available.
Tube and stem lengths outside the standard range, alternative seal materials and private labelling are quoted per order. Send the drawing or the dimensions you need and we will confirm what is possible before quoting.
Stem length, outlet bore, seal material and labelling are the four things customers change most. Send your requirement and we will quote it.
