Wafer-body knife gate valve in ductile iron, DN50 to DN600. Rising stem with a handwheel or lever, or a pneumatic cylinder on the same yoke.
This is an inquiry basket, not a checkout. You send the list, we confirm price, outlet bore and lead time in writing.
This is the wafer pattern. The body is thin enough to sit between two line flanges and the lugs on the port take the through-bolts, so the valve adds almost no face-to-face length. Sizes run from DN50 to DN600, with DN65 and DN80 in the same series. The knife gate rides on a rising stem, which means the exposed stem length tells the operator how far the gate has travelled.
One body takes either actuator. Manual versions come with a handwheel or a lever; the pneumatic version puts a cylinder on the same yoke and the port pattern does not change. That matters when a line is converted later — the valve that comes out and the valve that goes in bolt to the same holes.
Flange drilling is confirmed against your drawing before the order is released. Send the standard you work to and the medium, and the seat and gland packing are fixed from that rather than from a catalogue default.

Port faces boarded, stem wrapped, actuator braced. Carton for the smaller sizes and a case above DN200. Neutral packing as standard; private label available.
Tube and stem lengths outside the standard range, alternative seal materials and private labelling are quoted per order. Send the drawing or the dimensions you need and we will confirm what is possible before quoting.
Stem length, outlet bore, seal material and labelling are the four things customers change most. Send your requirement and we will quote it.
