What we control in-house

Turning of valve bodies, stems, nozzles and clamp ferrules
Polishing to Ra ≤ 0.8 μm on bores and Ra ≤ 1.6 μm outside
Assembly of cylinder, stem and seal, then a cycle test on air
Packing: PE bag per piece, carton, wooden case for bulk

What we buy in

Cylinders, gaskets and standard clamps are bought from specialist suppliers and checked on arrival. If a customer specifies a particular cylinder brand or gasket material, we quote it as an option rather than substituting silently.
