About this model
A double-ended clamp ferrule: a tri-clamp face at each end with a short straight tube between them, used to join two clamped pipe sections. Both ends are identical, so there is no wrong way round to fit it, and the flange faces are machined flat so the gasket loads evenly when the clamp is tightened.
The seal groove is cut to the sanitary clamp standard, which means standard clamps and gaskets fit without matching parts to a supplier. Bores are mirror polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 μm and the outside to Ra ≤ 1.6 μm, so the fitting cleans down without hold-up points.

- Machined flat flange faces give even gasket load and reliable sealing
- Seal groove cut to the sanitary clamp standard: standard clamps and gaskets fit directly
- Inner bore Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, straight through, no dead spots
- Outer surface Ra ≤ 1.6 μm, no dust traps, suitable for clean areas
- SS304 or SS316L, turned body, polished inside and out
