One angle seat valve pattern in three bores — DN15, DN20 and DN25 — in CF8M stainless at PN16, with a stainless pneumatic cylinder head and a top position indicator.
This is an inquiry basket, not a checkout. You send the list, we confirm price, outlet bore and lead time in writing.
This page covers one pattern in three bores — DN15, DN20 and DN25. All three take the same pneumatic head: a stainless cylinder sitting on a yoke above the stem, with a cap on top that travels with the stem. Open and closed can be read from outside, so a line check does not mean stripping the actuator off.
The body is angle seat, not inline. Inlet and outlet meet at an angle, so the medium turns once on its way through and the seat sits out of the direct line of the flow. Each body carries its own size, PN16 and CF8M on the side, which is what the marking photo on this page shows — the number you read on the casting is the number on the delivery note.
The end connections differ across the set we photographed. The DN15 piece is female threaded at both ends and ships with red plastic plugs screwed in; the DN20 and DN25 pieces are tri-clamp, with a flat ferrule face for a gasket and clamp. Both arrangements are made on the same body pattern, so tell us the connection you need size by size rather than assuming all three match.
CF8M is cast 316. The molybdenum is what makes it the right choice where the line carries chlorides, dilute acids, cleaning agents or brine; for plain water, steam and air, CF8 (cast 304) is the cheaper grade in the same pattern. Tell us the medium and the line pressure and we quote the grade and the cylinder from that, rather than from a catalogue default.

| Body pattern | Y-pattern angle seat |
| Actuation | Pneumatic cylinder, stainless housing |
| End connections | Female thread (DN15 sample) or tri-clamp (DN20 and DN25 samples) |
| Position indicator | Top cap on the cylinder, follows the stem |
| Air ports | Two ports on the side of the cylinder |
| Body marking | Size, PN16 and grade, cast into the body side |
One PE bag per piece, carton outside. Red plugs in threaded ports, caps on clamp faces, actuator braced against the carton wall. Neutral packing as standard; private label available.
Tube and stem lengths outside the standard range, alternative seal materials and private labelling are quoted per order. Send the drawing or the dimensions you need and we will confirm what is possible before quoting.
Stem length, outlet bore, seal material and labelling are the four things customers change most. Send your requirement and we will quote it.
